Rain or bad weather? - Bouncing in rain or thunder isn't safe. We keep a close eye on the weather to make sure you don't pay for us to set up if rain will spoil  your event anyway. We'll let you know if we should be cancelling due to inclement weather. 


Do we pay damage deposit? 

Yes, you have to pay $100 cash as a damage deposit. The inflatable unit will be delivered to you in a clean, sanitized condition. The deposit will be kept if the inflatable unit is returned in a dirty condition (spilled drinks, silly string, excessive mud, ect.)


What about delivery and set up?

All Fun Inflatable drivers will deliver and set up each inflatable unit. They will ensure that it is clean and in good working condition well before your event starts, and will be there to take it down after the event is over. Set up takes approximately 10-15 minutes and take down is approximately 15-20 minutes. This service is included in your rental cost.


What if i have to cancel? 

No problem- Just give us a call. There is no cancellation fee. We would, however, appreciate as much  notice as possible, so we have a chance to rent the inflatable unit to someone else. We usually have a waiting list.
